Uniforms have to be bought separately. Annual fees may be paid in full at the time of admission, or parents may pay in two half-yearly instalments: the first at admission and the second before 10 June 2027.Fees may be increased by 5 to 10% every year.

How many students are there per class?

Class strength varies by section and is usually between 25 and 30 students. Star Kids keeps learning groups manageable so teachers can guide and encourage every child; the admissions team can confirm the current strength and availability for your child’s section.

How many teachers are there per class?

The student-teacher ratio is approximately 15:1, with additional helpers supporting children in the classrooms.

What are the school timings?

Nursery runs from 8:25 a.m. to 12:35 p.m., Class A from 8:25 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., and Class B from 8:25 a.m. to 1:55 p.m.

Is lunch provided?

Lunch is not provided. Children should bring their own age-appropriate food and water from home.

Is homework given?

Homework is not given. Teachers may send optional activities that parents can enjoy with their children at home. The early-years programme remains play-based and avoids excessive homework.

Is transportation provided?

No. Star Kids does not provide school transportation, so families arrange their child’s daily travel to and from school.

What subjects do children learn?

Children build foundations in language and literacy, mathematics, creativity, social-emotional development and understanding the world through purposeful play, stories, music, movement, art and hands-on discovery.

Are Saturdays off?

Yes. All Saturdays are holidays.

What does a typical day look like?

The day combines purposeful play, language and number work, creative activities, movement, routines and social learning. View the school calendar for current activities and events.

How do parents communicate with teachers?

Parents communicate with teachers through Google Classroom and phone calls.

Uniform

Uniforms are available at the school canteen and are worn Monday to Friday.

Attendance

If your child is absent, inform the school that day and send a written application on return.
