Class B Outing
Outings are always a wonderful blend of enjoyment and learning. They play an important role in enhancing children’s social, emotional, mental, and physical well-being. Keeping this in mind, the students of Class B went for an educational and recreational outing to the Stone Sculpture Garden NEZCC on the 12th of February.
A total of 132 students, accompanied by 10 teachers and 5 sisters, enthusiastically boarded three buses for the trip. The excitement among the children was clearly visible as they came well-prepared for the day. During the journey, the buses were filled with cheerful laughter, songs, and lively conversations, making the ride enjoyable for everyone.
On reaching the venue, the students were amazed to see the beautiful surroundings. Takanukshi exclaimed, Wow! What a beautiful place. They explored the fascinating stone sculptures displayed around the garden, observing the different shapes and artistic carvings with great curiosity. Sedevilie also asked who made those sculptures and Nipuka said that those sculptures must have been very hard to make. The visit also gave them an opportunity to appreciate art and nature together in a serene environment.
The garden had a lovely park area where the children happily played on the swings, slides, and other play equipment. They also made use of the huts available at the venue to rest and enjoy their lunch together. Sharing meals and relaxing in the huts added to the joy of the day and encouraged bonding among friends and teachers.
After spending quality time playing and exploring, the group gathered for a photo session to capture the memorable moments of the outing. With hearts full of happiness and minds enriched with new experiences, everyone boarded the buses to return to school.
It was truly a fun-filled and enriching day for all. After reaching the school, Samanir said that it was the best day of his life. The outing not only provided recreation and learning but also strengthened the bond between students, teachers, and sisters. The smiles on the children’s faces said it all—they would love to visit again!
