GRADUATION DAY 2024

Graduation day is a momentous occasion in the lives of students, families and educators. The 9th Graduation Day of Star Kids was celebrated on the 10th of December, 2024. The celebration commenced with an invocation by the chairman of LSHSS which was followed by an energetic opening dance by the students of Heavenly Waters and Shining Pluto “We know the way” under the guidance of Miss Konjai and Miss Zuchanbeni. The Administrator delivered a heart warming welcome address to the congregation. Aliki and Ikuku of Heavenly Waters enthralled the crowd with a beautiful duet “Let me be there”. It was followed by a synchronized dance “Dura” by the students of Polaris under the guidance of Miss Menangmenla. The students of Shining Pluto and Smart Earthlings enacted a fun filled play called “The Gingerbread Girl” under the guidance of Miss Yangersangla and Miss Eunice. It was then followed by the 100% attendance awards for the students where a total of 16 students received the certificate. 3 teachers namely- Madam Emilo, Miss Eunice and Miss Menangmenla were awarded with a certificate each and cash prizes for their service to the school for 10 years. The annual school report was given by the supervisor Madam Tainla.
This was followed by a poem “Saving Earth” recited by the students of Heavenly Waters under the guidance of Madam Emilo. A show on Biblical characters were presented by the students of Precious Pearls under the guidance of Madam Tainla. Subsequently an energetic dance number “APT” was performed by the students of Shining Pluto and Smart Earthlings under the guidance of Miss Eunice. The Taekwondo students gave a fantastic taekwondo demonstration under the guidance of Sir Dipraj. Thereafter, the kindergarten graduation certificate was felicitated to each of the graduating students by the Chairman, Administrator and the Principal which was followed by a graduation song by the students of Precious Pearls, Polaris and Smart Earthlings under the guidance of Miss Imlikala. 10 students representing all the 5 sections gave a wonderful graduation speech and the programme ended with a benediction from Pastor Thejangulie Pfukrei.
Kindergarten graduation is an exciting milestone for the children as it is their first step towards a future full of hope and possibilities. It marks a new beginning that adds new dimensions to their school life and the journey they commence towards knowledge and wisdom.
