Drawing Competition

Drawing and colouring are visual arts that allows students to unveil their inborn talents in art. It helps a child to communicate feelings, ideas, dreams, imaginations and wishes. Arts takes us to a whole new world of colours.It improves a child’s sense of space and attention to details. On Friday, the 16^thof May 2024, one of the most exciting events, the Annual Drawing Competition of Star Kids was held. All the children actively participated in the competition. The children had fun time drawing and showcasing their creativity. The main objective of this event was to ignite the creative side of the children’s mind and help develop their interest in drawing. It is also a means through which children develop their motor skills andencourages them to express their artistic skills. All the different sections of different classes competed on three to four different topics.The competition saw enthusiastic participation from the students across different classes.The criteria for selecting the winners were based on the details added, imagination, creative ideas, coloring and more importantly their presentation.

There were three winners- 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd chosen from each class i.e. from Nursery to Class B. The winners were awarded with theirdrawings specially framed and designed by the school. The winners from different classes are listed below:
