Class B Zoo Trip

The educational trip to the Zoo for Class B was organized on 12th September to promote awareness and expose the children to the world of animals and birds. The journey began with the teachers enlightening the children on a few things they needed to keep in mind while visiting the zoo, such as always staying with the group or their teachers, not feeding the animals as it could be harmful to them, not teasing or frightening them by making any kind of noises, not littering the place, and not getting close to the animals’ cages.

They saw a variety of animals and were fascinated by the beauty of nature. It was an enriching learning experience for the students. The students enthusiastically observed the animals and birds, such as bears, wolves, jackals, deer, different kinds of monkeys, wild dogs, tortoises, pythons, emus, eagles, vultures, hornbills, and so on. They were delighted to see the wide variety of flora and fauna.

The adventurous visit to the zoo came to an end; the children were not only given knowledge about each of these animals but were also taught that they needed to be kind and compassionate towards these animals by taking care of them. The field trip ended with the children leaving with smiles on their faces as they got to see and learn so many new things about the animal kingdom.
