Outings are a great source of enjoyment and learning. They contribute to the overall well-being of the little ones, boosting their social, mental, and physical health. Keeping in mind the importance of outdoor activities, the students of Class A visited Niathu Resort on the 17th of February. The students were super thrilled about this, and their excitement was evident all over their faces. When it was time, all of them came well-prepared, wearing their shades and sun hats/caps. On the way to the venue, they sang songs and shared stories about familiar places they had visited.

Upon reaching the venue, they exclaimed in awe as they noticed the massive park there. They enjoyed playing on the swings, slides, merry-go-round, and seesaws, seizing the opportunity to have fun thoroughly. After the games, we had a photo session followed by lunch before heading back to school. It was such a fun-filled day, full of beautiful moments. All the students expressed a desire to revisit the place again. Indeed, it was a great day for all the students and teachers, as it also helped strengthen the bond between the students and the teachers as well.

With the aim of allowing kids to learn important social skills like empathy, cooperation, and friendship, the Class B students of Star Kids went for an outing on the 10th of February 2024 to Stone Garden. It was a beautiful day with pleasant weather perfectly set for the kids to relax their minds and have fun.

Altogether, 128 students along with 10 teachers and 5 sisters went for the outing. There were a variety of child-friendly playing equipments like slides of different styles, swings, see-saws, and big open spaces to run around and play. Of all the play equipment, the kids seemed to have enjoyed the zig-zag style of slide the most as they were seen standing in long queues waiting for their turn to ride down the zig-zag slides.

After the fun playtime and games, we had a photo session where beautiful memories were captured. Right after, we had our lunchtime where the joy of sharing was imbibed as the kids shared and relished each other’s delicious lunch packs.

The journey to and fro in the school bus had its own beautiful moments. On their way back, the kids narrated their experiences with each other. Overall, it was an enriching experience for every kid as they took in the beauty of nature and enjoyed each other’s company. Wide smiles, laughter, and chatter filled the air all through, from the start of their journey to the garden until the time they returned to school and left for home.
