
10th Annual Graduation Day
The 10th Graduation Day of Star Kids was celebrated on 10th December 2025 at 11:00 a.m. with great enthusiasm and participation from students, teachers and parents. The programme began with an invocation by the Chairman of LSHSS, followed by a warm welcome address from the school administrator.
The event featured a variety of performances that highlighted the talents of the kindergarteners from Precious Pearls, Heavenly Waters, Shining Pluto, Polaris and Smart Earthlings. Heavenly Waters presented a lively choreography, “Every Move I Make,” and the students of Shining Pluto and Polaris performed the play “The Little Seeds That Grew.” A soulful solo performance, “Girl on Fire,” was presented by Elina B. Swu from Heavenly Waters. The supervisor of Star Kids, Madam Tainla presented the 100% Attendance Award, after which she delivered the School Annual Report.
The celebration continued with an energetic group dance “Bhumroo, Bhumroo” by multiple sections. The young artists of Precious Pearls performed an emotional and heartwarming play, “The Broken Clay Lamp” . The taekwondo students gave a taekwondo demonstration led by Sir Kevin. Smart Earthlings added vibrance with their “Celebration” dance. The highlight of the ceremony was the awarding of the Kindergarten Graduation Certificate by the Administrator and the Principal followed by a heartfelt graduation Song performed by all sections under the guidance of Miss Konjai and Miss Sentijungla.
The graduating students also delivered their graduation speech, expressing their gratitude and joy. The programme concluded with a benediction by Mrs. Lemchemła Sangtam (mother of Rasih Sangtam of class B Heavenly Waters).
The event was smoothly conducted by the comperes Madam Nzanbeni and Miss Mhasivinuo, with well-coordinated support from the reception, stage management, refreshment, and sound system teams. Overall, the ceremony was a memorable celebration of the children’s achievements, growth, and readiness to step into the next stage of learning.
